Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Girly, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including item style, size, color, quantity, and shipping information.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

Although we do not accept returns or refunds, we will review issues caused by a Girly fulfillment error.

A fulfillment error includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving the wrong size or color
  • Missing item from your order
  • Receiving a damaged or defective item

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact Girly within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the item received
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the invoice or packing slip, if included

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Girly may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Ship the correct item, subject to availability
  • Replace the missing or damaged item
  • Offer an alternative item
  • Provide store credit if the original item is unavailable

Refunds are not provided unless required by law or approved at Girly’s discretion.

Conditions for Approval

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags and packaging.

Girly reserves the right to deny any claim if:

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • The item has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, style, quantity, or entered the wrong shipping address
  • Required proof is not provided

For high-value items, Girly may require the incorrect item to be returned before a replacement is shipped. If the error was caused by Girly, return instructions will be provided.

Customer Order Errors

Girly is not responsible for customer order mistakes, including selecting the wrong size, color, style, quantity, or entering an incorrect shipping address.

These situations do not qualify for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Final Sale Policy

All Girly items are final sale. By placing an order with Girly, you agree to this return and refund policy.
